My Favorite Hobby

   

My name is Isaac Ariza, I'm 17 years of age and my favorite hobby is skateboarding. Every day right after school i go to the local skate park and skate until 9:00 p.m. Its a really fun sport that requires a Popsicle shaped board with trucks and wheels on it. the main goal on a skateboard is to learn new tricks and basically have fun and be creative with the way you ride and do tricks on it. I think that everyone and anyone can skate board if they really want to. Skateboarding is a hard sport to learn but very easy and fun if you are committed to it and put the time and effort into it.
        My opinion on skateboarding is that it is a really fun sport and is really interesting to get into. Its something that is fun to learn about because theirs so many different type of cultures and mainly different types of styles in skateboarding. This sport is my favorite sport out of all the other sports you could possibly think of because its something you can do on your own. their is nobody yelling in your face and telling you what to do like they would in other sports. you are your own coach, you learn as fast or as slow as you want and when ever you want.
       I also really love this sport because it helps you get things off your mind and just forget about everything. it gets things off of your mind because you're so focused on what you are trying to learn and not only that but its just so fun that nothing else comes to mind. skateboarding is the best thing that has ever happened to me because its helped me deal with thing and forget about things that i wouldn't be able to deal with without my skateboard. i have been skateboarding for two straight years and i have advanced very quickly, skateboarding means everything to me and till this day i don't know where i would be if it weren't for my skateboard.
